Festuca Ovina Glauca Blue Fescue

Blue fescue is a showy bordering plant with slender blue-grey foliage. Plants develop to a dense, rounded clump within 12 -18 months.

Ideally used in rockeries, borders and cottage style gardens. Try planting within the foreground of a mixed selection of contrasting ornamental grass varieties for maximum impact.

Plant in a full sun or partly shaded position in the garden. Suited to container planting.

Mulch and water well until the plant is established, usually around 12 weeks. Fertilise with a slow release fertiliser during spring. Tolerates dry periods and cool climates.
